suddenly I see this is what I want to be

Is 8:49 in the morning too early for a beer?
The gym didn't happen.

Between the monster sinus headache I had when I woke up, an upset stomach, and just all the makings of another depressed day, I sat in the parking lot and couldn't convince myself to go in and sit on a bike.  I know that working out gets the adreneline and endorphines going and blah blah blah, but I don't even want that right now.  I'd rather curl up in bed, cry over Grey's Anatomy and just do some weights at home.

And then go to Costco to replace the milk that went bad 5 days early.

Yes sweetie. It's too early.
But I know the feeling.Don't give in to the dark side. Get up and do something, anything. You'll feel better, when you did something.

I know it can be hard, but you have to push yourself a little.


I felt better after pop corn and tv. Then I went into my sister in law's room and used her weights and did a mini work out. And I actually start working next week.

So my day got significantly better.

Until my sister in law came home and started talking wedding again anyway.

Ah yes. Will it get better after the wedding?

It should.

Honestly, it'll probably get better after she moves out and I don't have to see her everyday and I can choose when I want to talk to her IF I want to talk to her.

There, keep that in mind. It'll be better soon.
